This program supports participants in understanding anxiety, recognizing mind-body connections, and developing effective coping and regulation strategies. Participants learn how anxiety shows up in their thoughts and bodies and practice tools to manage anxious responses with confidence
Emotion Regulation & Coping Lab
6-Week Interactive Skills Lab
The Emotion Regulation & Coping Lab helps participants identify emotions, understand triggers, and regulate emotional reactions. This group emphasizes nervous system awareness and practical tools to respond rather than react to everyday challenges.
