About the event

During adolescence, many teens experience anxiety as they navigate the challenges of growing up. It's important to equip them with the tools they need to manage these feelings and develop healthy coping mechanisms for the future. Our anxiety survival skills groups provide a structured and nurturing environment where teens can learn about anxiety, explore their emotions, and practice evidence-based strategies for managing stress. By participating in these groups, teens can develop a sense of community and build the confidence they need to face life's challenges with resilience and courage. With the right support, your teen can thrive and reach their full potential.
